On Tuesday, 30th August, the Tearfund Global CEO, Mr. Nigel Harris paid a visit to all Tearfund partners to know what each partner is doing and how well they have been able to impact their communities through their various projects sponsored by Tearfund. All partners were present at the meeting with beautiful pictorial display of their projects on banners and posters. Partners were given few minutes to speak on the projects they are implementing and how well they are doing in their various communities. SUWA was represented by the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, the Peace Building Officers and the Logistics Officer. The CEO expressed his happiness and satisfaction to all Tearfund Partners seeing what they are doing in the communities and all the success stories they have all recorded, which is an indication that Tearfund as an organisation is affecting lives in so many ways through all her partners. He encouraged all partners to put in more efforts as there are more grounds to break in eradicating poverty and bringing lasting peace to our communities.
